How much is shipping on modelcarsales.com.au?

Shipping within Australia is free on all orders.

We also ship to New Zealand via courier which is calculated by weight, as a rough guide a 1:18 scale model weighing 1.4kg will cost AUD$19.50 to ship to NZ.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually take 1 to 2 working days to leave our warehouses which are located in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

All orders are sent via courier and can take up to 10 days to arrive depending on your location.

Full insurance and tracking is included on every order.

Unfortunatley we can not deliver to a PO Box address and someone will need to sign for the item upon delivery.

Do you ship outside of Australia and New Zealand?

No, unfortunately not at the moment.

I ordered heaps of models, will they all come at the same time?

Usually yes, but we can't guarantee it.

Due to a number of factors, sometimes orders arrive in multiple shipments.

We will do our best to inform you beforehand if this occurs.

Don't worry though, it's still free.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we cannot split an order and ship it to multiple addresses.

If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address.

Can I change an address after completing an order?

We do not have the ability to change the address of an order once it has been processed.

What is your return policy?

modelcarsales.com.au complies with the Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a major fault with the item, if goods are damaged in transit, or if the item is not as described.

If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to organise a return. We reserve the right to not offer refunds past an appropriate period of time.

Once we confirm the status of your item, we will offer you your choice of a refund to your payment method, or a replacement of the original item.

There's nothing wrong with it, I've just changed my mind. What then?

Refunds or replacements are not offered if you change your mind. We ask that you double-check your purchase carefully before completing checkout.
